Requirements of the role
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver fraud policy workstreams, undertaking research, analysing regulatory developments, and producing evidence-based policy recommendations to inform decision-making
- Provide specialist fraud policy expertise by delivering technical advice, policy analysis, briefings, and guidance to colleagues across the organisation
- Support the development of fraud policy, assessing emerging fraud risks, regulatory changes, and market trends to help shape the organisation’s strategic approach
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, working with government bodies, industry representatives, and regulatory partners to support fraud-related initiatives and policy outcomes
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring a coordinated approach to policy development and implementation
- Contribute to team capability and knowledge sharing, supporting colleagues through collaboration, mentoring, and the dissemination of best practice and policy insights
