As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Front-end Engineer to join our Product & Engineering team.
The Role
You'll design, build, and improve the web applications that sit at the centre of the customer and operational experience, from the products customers use every day to the internal platforms that support clinic teams.
Working alongside an experienced team of designers, product managers, and engineers, you'll have significant ownership and influence over the technical direction of our web products.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain business-critical web applications for customers and internal teams
- Own the architecture and technical strategy of the web ecosystem
- Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces in close collaboration with designers and the wider product team
- Integrate APIs and services that power web and mobile applications
- Work as part of an autonomous, cross-functional team and contribute to a positive and inclusive engineering culture
- Communicate technical concepts and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Write clean, well-structured code and maintain high engineering standards
- Deploy software to production, monitor performance and availability, and troubleshoot issues

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience building and shipping production web applications, ideally supporting both web and mobile clients
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern web frameworks such as React and Next.js
- Experience building responsive, accessible, and performant front-end experiences in collaboration with designers
- Strong engineering practices, including CI/CD, clean code, automated testing, unit testing, and integration testing
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and services
- Good understanding of web security best practices
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving complex problems independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable taking ambiguous requirements and translating them into clear, actionable user stories
- Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Strapi and modelling content for non-technical users
- Practical knowledge of Next.js rendering modes and CDN caching, including the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot unexpected behaviour
- Understanding of technical SEO for multi-location businesses, including structured data, location pages, and Core Web Vitals
- Nice to have: Full-stack development experience or an interest in contributing to backend development
