It uses best in class equipment, which enables the site to deliver significant environmental benefits. The low-energy building is the flagship development within the 2 Sisters group.

Job Description
The Senior Front Line Manager (Snr FLM) is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the facility across various core pillars: Health and Safety, Technical, SAP Compliance, People, and Waste and Downgrade (WDG) Performance. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and proactive leadership to maintain operational excellence and compliance with industry standards. The Senior Front Line Manager (Snr FLM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the facility operates with a strong emphasis on health and safety, efficiency, and food safety. This position carries the responsibility of overseeing critical aspects such as accident prevention, operational efficiency, and adherence to rigorous food safety standards. The Snr FLM's leadership is essential in maintaining a workplace environment that prioritises the well-being of our employees while upholding the highest standards of product quality and safety. Whilst driving daily production targets.

Qualifications
People are our priority and our ideal candidate will demonstrate that they have effective people management skills. Additionally you will have:
- Extensive experience of working in a food manufacturing environment is preferable
- Demonstrable knowledge of the tasks set out in the main responsibilities.
- A strong focus on succession planning
- Experience of deputising for senior management and of working at all levels within a comparable setting

Compensation: GBP 18.55 - GBP 20.41 - hourly
