About The Role

Are you a Senior Front End Developer who wants a bigger say in the direction of a product's front end?

This is a chance to join a product team where the front end is taken seriously. You'll be working on the company's core platform, which is central to the business and still growing. As one of the senior members of the team, your views on how it's built will carry real weight.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in front-end development with significant experience in Angular and TypeScript. A solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential, along with experience working with APIs and integrating back-end services. You should have a good grasp of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles. Experience working within Agile teams and a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications are highly desirable. Additionally, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are important qualities for this position.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Building and improving web applications using Angular and TypeScript to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Creating reusable, scalable components that enhance development efficiency and consistency across the platform.
  • Collaborating closely with the UX/UI team to translate designs into functional interfaces that are intuitive and engaging.
  • Working with back-end developers to integrate APIs and deploy new features effectively.
  • Optimizing the platform for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness to cater to a diverse user base.
  • Contributing to the development and enforcement of front-end standards and best practices as the platform evolves.
  • Participating actively in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
