Synapri are working with an exciting Software business operating within the Investment Management space looking to hire an experienced Senior Front-End Engineer to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting stuck into complex problems, turning ideas into digital experiences and seeing their work make a genuine impact. You’ll be expected to hit the ground running, contribute code from day one and work closely with teams across the business to deliver projects to an exceptionally high standard. You’ll work across a wide variety of client-facing projects, as well as our own growing suite of products, giving you plenty of variety and the opportunity to solve interesting technical challenges.

There’s also significant scope to take on additional responsibility — from helping shape our front-end roadmap and improving processes through to mentoring junior developers and providing technical insight across the wider business.
📍Location: Onsite/Hybrid in central London
💰Salary: up to £100,000 (DOE)
Ideal experience
- 4+ years’ commercial experience building enterprise websites or web applications
- A proven track record of taking client-facing projects from the ground up
- Strong experience with the modern React ecosystem, including established design patterns and best practices
- A solid understanding of web fundamentals
- The ability to work confidently in vanilla JavaScript, without relying on third-party libraries
- A good foundation in TypeScript and functional programming concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical, inquisitive approach
- AWS Cloud platforms experience
