Senior Front End Engineer (React / TypeScript)
London
Hybrid (2-3 days per week)
Build the platform that powers client onboarding at scale
We're looking for a Senior Front End Engineer to help shape and build a modern onboarding and account management platform used by businesses across multiple customer types, including corporates, funds, intermediaries, and complex account structures.
You'll join a highly autonomous engineering team responsible for creating exceptional user experiences within a sophisticated, form-driven application. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex frontend challenges, influencing architecture, and taking ownership from design through to production.
We're looking for engineers who care deeply about customer outcomes, software quality, and building the right solutions, not just shipping features.
The Opportunity
- You'll be working on a modern React-based single-page application, building complex onboarding journeys, integrating with external services, and helping define the future direction of the platform's frontend architecture.
- You'll have the freedom to make technical decisions, contribute to architectural discussions, and work in an environment where engineers are trusted to own what they build.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and develop new features within a modern React single-page application.
- Build and maintain complex user journeys involving multi-step workflows and advanced form validation.
- Take ownership of functionality from concept through to production.
- Define and influence frontend architecture, documenting and presenting technical decisions.
- Ensure security, reliability, and observability are considered from the outset.
- Build highly accessible, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Integrate with third-party platforms including identity verification, document management, and API services.
- Use AI-assisted development tools effectively and responsibly.
- Review code, mentor team members, and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver outstanding user experiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
