The Role
You will be instrumental in developing the product frontend: the design, structural layout and execution of HTTP calls to the APIs built by the backend team. Your code will be a visible component of the company's growth, which means working closely with founders, data science, backend, sales, marketing and account management colleagues to keep the final product aligned with strategic objectives.
This is an adaptable role in a small, fast-moving team: you will be encouraged to support areas beyond your primary remit, to step forward with ideas, comments and remarks, and to take on greater responsibility as the team evolves. Initiative is expected rather than optional.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
