Senior Frontend Developer
As a Senior Frontend Developer you will be part of our cross-functional Agile development team delivering EDI products. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can design and build high-quality, maintainable user interfaces while also helping shape the technical direction of the team.
You will work closely with our UX teams, backend developers, product stakeholders, and other engineers to deliver user-friendly features as part of our cloud-native EDI platform. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to lead by example, mentor other developers, challenge existing approaches where appropriate, and suggest practical improvements to our products, codebase, tooling, and ways of working.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious about modern development practices, including the thoughtful use of AI-assisted development tools. This does not mean replacing sound engineering judgement; it means understanding where AI can help improve productivity, quality, learning, prototyping, testing, documentation, and developer experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
