About Fortex
At Fortex, we believe great products are built at the intersection of design, technology, and strategy. A company that turns bold ideas into digital experiences people love to use. A company where designers are empowered to think beyond visuals and shape the entire product journey. A company where creativity meets structure, and where product decisions are guided by both craft and insight. A company that delivers lasting value to clients while nurturing the growth of every team member.
To achieve this, we pair deep product thinking with world-class design execution. We collaborate with ambitious brands and startups to design products that are as intuitive as they are beautiful. Every product we launch adds to our knowledge, our toolkit, and our ability to push the boundaries of what design can achieve.
For a talented, curious, and impact-driven designer, joining Fortex means shaping products that matter—while growing faster than you ever thought possible in a creative, ambitious environment.
What we look for
- Product thinking. You go beyond pixels. You understand users, map journeys, and translate insights into solutions that create measurable value.
- UX & UI expertise. You design intuitive flows and delightful interfaces that balance clarity, beauty, and usability—always rooted in human-centered design.
- Drive. You’re ambitious, proactive, and take full ownership of your work. You raise your own bar continuously, never satisfied with “good enough.”
- Collaboration. You thrive in cross-functional teams. You listen to feedback, iterate quickly, and work seamlessly with developers, strategists, and stakeholders to deliver products that exceed expectations.
- Proficiency in English. You articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively, both in writing and in conversation, to teammates and clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Our process is designed to reflect the role itself: clear, structured, and user-focused. If successful, you’ll move on to interviews with our design and leadership teams to assess culture fit and product thinking.

Many talented people don’t apply because they don’t tick every box—at Fortex, potential matters more than perfection. If you’re passionate about product design and believe you can grow into this role, we encourage you to apply. Fortex is an equal opportunity employer, and we provide accommodations whenever needed.
