About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with a strong focus on UI/UX to join a fast-growing, purpose-driven technology business based in Central London. This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise will directly influence product development and user experience. The role requires a dedicated professional who is passionate about creating visually appealing, highly functional, and user-centric applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to translate high-fidelity designs into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces that delight users. The position offers a hybrid working model, combining three days onsite in Central London and two days remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in frontend development with a strong emphasis on UI/UX design principles.
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven track record of building high-quality, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
- Experience translating detailed Figma designs into production-ready code.
- Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization and best practices for accessibility.
- Experience contributing to frontend architecture, reusable component libraries, and scalable codebases.
- Strong collaborative skills with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Transform high-fidelity Figma designs into functional, responsive web applications that meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of frontend architecture, ensuring scalability and reusability of components.
- Implement best practices for frontend performance, accessibility, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions to enhance user experience.
- Assist in defining technical standards and guidelines to improve development efficiency and consistency across projects.
