The Selection Process
Our process is designed to identify not just managers, but leaders. After an initial application review, you’ll be invited to a practical exercise simulating real-world project management scenarios. If successful, you’ll then meet with our leadership team and cross-disciplinary peers to ensure alignment on culture, skills, and ambition.
