The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Front-end Engineer who’s excited to shape how people at the world’s largest companies work with AI day to day.

At Magentic, you’ll have a huge amount of ownership over the product experience, building the interfaces through which enterprise users collaborate with AI agents operating in real time. You’ll also play a key role in evolving our frontend technical practices and driving the architecture as we scale.

We’re redefining how people interact with enterprise software. We’re rethinking what great enterprise software looks and feels like, and building intuitive experiences for complex, high-impact workflows.

You’ll be working at the cutting edge of human-computer interaction, helping us define new patterns for how people interact with increasingly intelligent software.

We’re building next-generation agentic systems that can manage entire procurement workflows, with a mission to make global manufacturing supply chains more resilient to an ever-changing world. That’s a $3tn market opportunity.

We’re backed by world-class investors including Sequoia Capital, and you’ll be joining an exceptional team bringing together experience from OpenAI, Meta, Revolut, NASA and McKinsey.

What You'll Do

  • Own the development of high-quality user-facing experiences, from early ideas through to production
  • Help drive the architecture and technical direction of our frontend as the product and engineering team scale
  • Improve frontend engineering practices, raising the bar for code quality, performance, testing and maintainability
  • Work directly with users to understand their problems and make complex AI workflows feel simple and intuitive
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Engineering to shape what we build and continually increase the impact of our product

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
