Senior Frontend Engineer | React | Next.JS | Typescript | CI/CD | Frontend | Hybrid, London

About the Company

We are an early-stage, venture-backed company building an AI-native research and task automation platform for financial services. Founded by a team with experience across leading technology and financial institutions, the company develops advanced tools to help professionals generate insights more efficiently and accurately.

We are looking for multiple Senior Frontend Engineers to join a growing team and help shape the future of AI-driven product design in finance.

The Role

Technical Execution

  • Build, optimise, and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performance front-end applications
  • Define and implement design systems and component libraries
  • Collaborate with backend engineers on API design and integrations
  • Stay current with front-end technologies and introduce improvements where relevant

Collaboration & Culture

  • Contribute to engineering culture and best practices in a fast-paced environment
  • Work closely with design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
  • Promote quality through testing, performance optimisation, and security practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of front-end engineering experience
  • Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling
  • Deep understanding of state management, performance optimisation, and component-driven development
  • Experience leading technical discussions and setting architectural direction
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring engineers
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Attention to detail in design and documentation
