Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a Nationwide Wealth Management company to recruit for a Senior FS Admin / Paraplanner. The role is full time and permanent and is based in Newtownards. Free parking is onsite.

Established in 2005, our client has grown to support clients throughout Northern Ireland, Scotland and England while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service, integrity and professional excellence.
Role Overview
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers throughout the client journey.
- Prepare and process new business applications across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
- Liaise with clients, providers, solicitors, accountants, and other professional contacts to obtain information and progress cases.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is compliant with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
- Conduct anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.
- Obtain and analyse policy information, valuations, fund performance data, and provider illustrations.
- Assist in researching financial products and solutions that meet client objectives.
- Produce suitability report drafts and supporting documentation under the guidance of advisers or senior paraplanners.
- Prepare pension, investment, and protection comparisons using industry research tools.
- Support pension transfer, drawdown, ISA, bond, and investment cases through to completion.
- Monitor pipeline activity, ensuring business is progressed efficiently and clients receive regular updates.
- Ensure all recommendations and documentation comply with FCA requirements, Consumer Duty principles, and internal compliance standards.
- Handle client enquiries professionally and resolve administrative issues promptly.
- Maintain strong working relationships with product providers and platform representatives.
- Assist with cashflow planning data collection and preparation where required.
- Support advisers with ongoing servicing of high-net-worth and retail clients.
- Keep up to date with changes in financial services legislation, FCA regulations, pensions, investments, taxation, and industry best practice.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Senior FS Admin / Paraplanner in an IFA environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
