AIVA Revolution | Remote, UK (ideally based in Scotland)

Build the intelligent platform that connects guest experiences, employee knowledge and hospitality operations.

About AIVA

AIVA Revolution is building the AI-powered operating system for modern hospitality. Our platform brings guest engagement, employee intelligence and operational workflows together in one connected system — helping hospitality businesses deliver exceptional service at scale and drive stronger performance.

We're a hands-on, product-led, AI-first team. This is a chance to own full-stack product engineering and AI capability for a platform still being built, working directly with our Technical Director and a small, experienced team.

The Role

You'll design, build and ship across the stack — front-end experiences, back-end services, APIs and data — while turning AI into real product capability using AWS Bedrock. You'll take work from technical discovery through to production, and help shape the architecture and engineering practices of a growing platform.

You'll report to Nacho Fernandez, Technical Director, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Build across the stack — design, develop and ship reliable front-end experiences, back-end services, APIs and data flows that work as one connected product.
  • Turn AI into useful product capability — build and improve LLM-powered features that solve real guest, employee and operational problems for hospitality teams.
  • Deliver with AWS Bedrock — design secure, observable and maintainable AI workflows using appropriate foundation models, retrieval patterns, guardrails and evaluation methods.
  • Own production outcomes — take work from technical discovery and architecture through implementation, testing, release, monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Design for trust and scale — protect customer data, manage performance and cost, and build resilient services for a growing multi-customer platform.
  • Raise engineering quality — strengthen code review, automated testing, documentation, deployment practices and pragmatic technical standards.
  • Help shape the platform — make sound architectural decisions, reduce unnecessary complexity and mentor colleagues through thoughtful technical leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
