Senior Full Stack Engineer – Up to £100,000 + Benefits – Remote (UK) – Scaling B2B SaaS / Product Platform – Python / Django / JavaScript
Explore Group has partnered with a fast-scaling, product-focused technology business that has experienced massive growth this year. Having recently secured new key customers, they continue to build modern software platforms designed to eliminate traditional scaling bottlenecks for enterprise clients—enabling businesses to expand seamlessly at a manageable, proactive pace.
To support their ambitious product roadmap, they are investing heavily in modern tech infrastructure and looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to take significant ownership of both core backend services and user-facing features.

The Role:
- Design, build, and deploy scalable features and end-to-end applications across their core product suite.
- Solve complex architecture and performance challenges to ensure the platform handles rapid data growth without friction.
- Collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure the vision is aligned across business, engineering, product, and operations.
- Play an integral role in building new greenfield solutions as the organisation continues to scale and launch in new target areas.

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of production experience, with deep knowledge of Django (or similar modern frameworks like FastAPI).
- Strong modern JavaScript/TypeScript expertise, ideally with React.js (or Next.js/Vue.js).
- Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), API design (REST/GraphQL), and building resilient, distributed systems.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker/containerisation, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a strong bonus.
