Urban Care Community Limited is an introductory company that connects Clients and Care Professionals to deliver cost-effective and better care. We are currently seeking a workforce requirement for a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our clients organisation Care Airo.

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our London-based team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in scaling advanced software systems that support the company’s long-term technology strategy.
Role Overview
The Senior Full-Stack Developer will lead the development of modern cloud-based applications and infrastructure while collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver high-quality technical solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services using TypeScript and Node.js
- Translate complex and evolving business requirements into robust technical architectures and scalable solutions
- Build and manage cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure
- Develop AI-assisted engineering workflows using tools such as Claude, Codex, or similar AI development agents
- Evaluate, refine, and optimise AI-generated solutions to ensure production-level quality and performance
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product teams, and leadership to define and deliver technical solutions
- Contribute to frontend application development using modern JavaScript frameworks, with React preferred
- Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and maintainability across all platforms
- Participate in technical planning, code reviews, architectural discussions, and development best practices
Essential Skills & Experience

Strong commercial experience in:
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- API development and backend architecture

Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale software systems from ambiguous or evolving requirements

Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services within AWS, GCP, or Azure

Experience working with AI-assisted software development tools and autonomous coding agents

Ability to critically assess and improve AI-generated technical outputs

Solid understanding of:
- Git version control
- CI/CD pipelines
- DevOps principles and workflows

Experience with modern frontend technologies, particularly React

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within healthcare technology or regulated industries
- Familiarity with microservices, monorepo, architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless technologies
- Knowledge of software security, compliance, and infrastructure best practices
- Exposure to automation systems and AI integrations
