The Role
Develop and implement hands-on full stack engineering solutions across modern engineering and cloud technologies.
- Inspire and mentor a small development team, setting high standards for technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and wider technical groups to build purpose-driven solutions.
- Guide the organisation on its technology journey, focusing on solving real problems.
- Explore and apply emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, to enhance solutions.
- Work with Product Managers and business teams to prioritise and allocate development work.

What You'll Need
- Strong experience as a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer, capable of leading and setting standards.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET platform, Python, and Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure App Service, ARM/Bicep templates), SharePoint, and React.
- AI-native judgment, including experience with GenAI tools like Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
- In-depth understanding of Azure DevOps processes and Azure Resource Management.
- Ability to understand the "why" behind development, not just the "how," and deliver real outcomes.
- Experience guiding junior to mid-level developers within a team.
