Role Description
The Senior Full Stack Developer (Invoice Finance & Mobile Applications) will design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile solutions that support invoice financing workflows and related financial services. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves end-to-end ownership of application features, including architecture design, front-end and back-end development, integration with third-party APIs, and performance optimization. The developer will collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into robust, secure, and user-friendly applications.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Writing clean, testable code
- Reviewing peers’ code
- Troubleshooting production issues
- Ensuring data security and compliance
- Contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and tools
- Mentoring team members
- Participating in technical discussions
- Aligning solutions with Genesis DigiTech’s standards for reliability and user experience

Qualifications
- Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience delivering production-grade web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), including responsive UI implementation and cross-browser compatibility.
- Solid Back-End Web Development expertise, with experience in building secure APIs, data models, and scalable application architectures.
- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and mobile frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is highly beneficial.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, caching strategies, and performance tuning for high-traffic applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
- Background in financial technology, invoice finance, or transactional systems, with attention to security, compliance, and data integrity, is preferred.
