We are building AI4Fibres

An innovative AI-powered textile recycling system that transforms UK garment waste into valuable recycled products. At Kapdaa, we are combining cutting-edge computer vision with sustainable manufacturing to make circular fashion a reality.

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer

To architect, build, and operate a real-time, high-throughput computer vision platform — from multi-camera capture at the edge to cloud processing, storage, and operator dashboards.

🔧 What you’ll work on

  • Designing a production-scale, real-time vision architecture: edge devices, cameras, GPU inference, storage, and edge → cloud data pipelines.
  • Building an optimized C++ (17+) vision pipeline for multi-camera streams with strict latency and throughput constraints.
  • Implementing APIs and data flows with gRPC/Protocol Buffers, Kafka + Debezium, Redis, and high-ingest PostgreSQL data stores.
  • Developing React/Next.js operator dashboards and FastAPI services for live production views and ERP integration (ERPNext/Frappe or SAP Business One).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you bring

  • Proven system design experience in distributed, real-time production systems (capacity planning, latency budgeting, graceful degradation, failure handling).
  • Expert-level modern C++ and performance engineering: profiling, concurrency, CPU/memory optimization on Linux edge devices (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson).
  • Hands-on experience with vision/video pipelines (OpenCV, GStreamer/DeepStream, CUDA/TensorRT), and strong fundamentals in web technologies and DevOps (React/Next.js, FastAPI, Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure).
  • High engineering standards: secure coding, meaningful tests (including load/latency tests), and reliable CI/CD.
