About The Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at Logistex. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a greenfield project, where you will be instrumental in designing and building a modern, scalable platform from the ground up. The role involves developing robust backend systems using.NET technologies, primarily C#, and supporting frontend development with React, potentially utilizing TypeScript. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and operational staff, to deliver solutions that directly impact warehouse automation and logistics operations. This position offers a unique chance to influence the technical direction of a new platform that supports real-world, mission-critical applications, making a tangible difference in the logistics sector.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a solid foundation in software engineering principles. Relevant qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Proven commercial experience with C# and .NET Core is essential, along with a strong understanding of building and consuming RESTful APIs. Experience with React, particularly with TypeScript, is highly desirable. Candidates should have a good grasp of relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL, and demonstrate familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Logistex, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing modern web applications with a focus on.NET (C#), ensuring the backend services are scalable and efficient.
- Building and maintaining RESTful APIs that support frontend functionalities, working closely with React developers to create seamless user experiences.
- Contributing to architectural decisions and technical design, ensuring the platform is robust and future-proof.
- Writing clean, well-tested code and adhering to best practices in software engineering.
- Participating in Agile sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, continuously seeking ways to improve systems, tools, and development processes.
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge to foster a collaborative team environment.
