Key Takeaway Ltd is an innovative software development company building an AI powered systems. With strategic partnerships including Amazon via an official AWS build partner based in the UK, and various other institutions.
We have a B2C application maiself.io we are currently in open beta with, and a B2B solution adtecher.com in closed beta.
Our aim is to raise funding by the end of 2026.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with strong full stack development experience, ideally with a background in building applications within SaaS. As CTO, you will lead our technical strategy, manage our in-house development team, and work closely with external partners to finalise the development of our MVP. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our AI-powered platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and technical strategy.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and design.
- Oversee the integration of APIs and develop custom solutions
- Collaborate with external partners (e.g., AWS, Shopify, UK Academic institutions) and key stakeholders to align on technical requirements and deliverables.
- Implement and manage project management tools, including Jira, Slack, and GitHub, to track progress and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a scalable backend infrastructure that is CSP agnostic
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer who can utilise the latest agentic systems, not just ClaudeClode / Codex or equivalent but also you must have the md skills and carabiners to go around them.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, AWS).
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in marketing or eCommerce use cases.
- Experience in managing development teams and working in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture, particularly AWS services.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
