🌳 Senior Full Stack Developer | URGENT | Public Sector | Newcastle | £490 p.d 🌳

πŸš€ One of my longstanding clients β€” a fantastic organisation I've placed several contractors with, all of whom love working there β€” is urgently looking to fill this Senior Full Stack Developer role. Don't wait to apply!

This isn't just another contract. It's a chance to plant real roots in one of the UK's most meaningful digital transformation programmes, working on services that millions of people rely on every day.

🌳 Why you'll love this role

You'll be the technical backbone of a growing (and wonderfully ambitious) team β€” mentoring junior developers, shaping architecture decisions, and getting hands-on across the full stack. No two days look the same: one minute you're deep in code, the next you're in front of stakeholders explaining the "why" behind a technical call. If you thrive on variety and love helping others level up, this is your kind of place.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
