π One of my longstanding clients β a fantastic organisation I've placed several contractors with, all of whom love working there β is urgently looking to fill this Senior Full Stack Developer role. Don't wait to apply!
This isn't just another contract. It's a chance to plant real roots in one of the UK's most meaningful digital transformation programmes, working on services that millions of people rely on every day.
π³ Why you'll love this role
You'll be the technical backbone of a growing (and wonderfully ambitious) team β mentoring junior developers, shaping architecture decisions, and getting hands-on across the full stack. No two days look the same: one minute you're deep in code, the next you're in front of stakeholders explaining the "why" behind a technical call. If you thrive on variety and love helping others level up, this is your kind of place.
Reasons to use Rodeo
Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
