About Us

We are a dynamic and high-growth technology firm specialising in delivering high-performance, scalable web applications and enterprise solutions. Our culture is built on continuous improvement, strong technical ownership, and rapid deployment in an Agile environment. We encourage proactive communication and value developers who are eager to mentor and lead by example.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling both user-facing interfaces and robust backend services. This role requires deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (Next.js) for the front end, C#/.NET for the core business logic, and practical experience leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services for deployment and infrastructure.

This role is critical to our continuous delivery pipeline, and the ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and Agile setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of highly-available and scalable features across the full application stack using C#/.NET and Next.js/React.
  • Architect and optimise backend APIs, microservices, and data models using C# to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Develop responsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces using Next.js, focusing on server-side rendering (SSR) and static generation (SSG) for optimal user experience.
  • Manage deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications using core Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Provide technical guidance, perform rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
  • Collaborate effectively with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
