Senior Full Stack Developer (React /.NET)

Overview

Type: Contract
Day Rate: £800 per day inside IR35
Hybrid Working: 3 days onsite in Waterloo, London

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to play a key role in the modernisation and migration of a business-critical application platform. This position combines hands-on development with technical leadership, requiring an individual who can define architecture, guide engineering decisions, and lead the migration of an existing Databricks-based application into a modern React-driven solution.

While the role is full stack in nature, there is a strong emphasis on React front-end development and architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building a new front-end platform, while working alongside existing .NET backend services and integrations.

This is an opportunity to join a core Data & AI engineering team supporting Trading & Supply initiatives, working closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
