The Role
- Lead the development of next-generation customer-facing software in the energy sector
- Build modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript
- Design and develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and application logic
- Work with Python, SQL, databases, and data platforms to create scalable products
- Take significant ownership of architecture, technical decisions, and engineering standards
- Translate complex energy processes into clear, intuitive product experiences

What You'll Need
- Strong commercial experience across both frontend and backend engineering
- Excellent proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Solid backend development experience, ideally with Python
- Good experience with APIs, databases, SQL, and system integrations
- Proven track record of leading projects or owning major technical workstreams
- Ability to make technical decisions and work with a high level of autonomy

What's On Offer
- A competitive salary range of £85,000 to £105,000 plus bonus
- Flexibility for remote work with occasional visits to a central London office
