π» Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI)
π° Up to Β£130,000 + equity
π London / hybrid, 3β4 days per week in the office
π AI Startup
This is a rare opportunity. Chance to join an early-stage startup as engineer #4. Autonomy, responsibility and working with cutting edge AI.
Company
A well-funded, early-stage startup building a genuinely AI-native product. AI at the core, with agentic systems already running in production. Small team, high standards, and an awesome team culture.
The Role
This is a senior full-stack engineering role for someone who thinks in systems, not just tickets. You'll build features end-to-end, maintain what you ship, and raise the quality bar across the codebase. The team is small, so you'll touch most parts of the stack most weeks - and you'll be expected to operate with minimal oversight.
Reasons to use Rodeo
Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
