The Role

  • Lead the development of customer-facing products from concept to production
  • Build modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript
  • Design and develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and application logic
  • Work with Python, SQL, databases, and various data platforms
  • Take ownership of architecture, technical decisions, and engineering standards
  • Help define the future engineering team and technical direction as the business expands

What You'll Need

  • Strong commercial experience across both frontend and backend engineering
  • Excellent React and TypeScript capabilities
  • Strong backend development experience, ideally including Python
  • Good experience with APIs, databases, SQL, and system integrations
  • A track record of leading projects or taking ownership of major technical workstreams
  • Experience building customer-facing software from scratch
