The Role
- Lead the development of customer-facing products from concept to production
- Build modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript
- Design and develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and application logic
- Work with Python, SQL, databases, and various data platforms
- Take ownership of architecture, technical decisions, and engineering standards
- Help define the future engineering team and technical direction as the business expands

What You'll Need
- Strong commercial experience across both frontend and backend engineering
- Excellent React and TypeScript capabilities
- Strong backend development experience, ideally including Python
- Good experience with APIs, databases, SQL, and system integrations
- A track record of leading projects or taking ownership of major technical workstreams
- Experience building customer-facing software from scratch
