The Role
- Lead the development of next-generation customer-facing software from concept to production
- Build modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript
- Design and develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and application logic
- Work with Python, SQL, databases, and data platforms
- Take ownership of architecture, technical decisions, and engineering standards
- Help define the future engineering team and technical direction as the business expands

What You'll Need
- Strong commercial experience across both frontend and backend engineering
- Excellent React and TypeScript capability
- Strong backend development experience, ideally including Python, APIs, databases, and SQL
- A track record of leading projects or taking ownership of major technical workstreams
- Experience building customer-facing software from scratch with strong product instincts
- Confidence making autonomous technical decisions and excellent communication skills

What's On Offer
- A competitive salary range of £85,000 to £105,000 per year plus bonus
- Flexibility to work remotely with occasional London office visits for collaboration
