Senior Full Stack Engineer

Bracknell (Hybrid 2-3 days in office) | Salary £70,000 - £75,000

Vue or React on the frontend, C# /.NET on the backend, AWS in production, and agentic coding tools as part of how you build every day. If that is your stack, and you have worked in payments, FX or another regulated environment, this could be a strong fit.

We are working with a payments company who are hiring a senior full stack engineer to own real problems end to end and help shape how the team builds.

What You Will Do

  • Design and own features across the stack that move money and manage multi-currency balances, spanning onboarding, KYC and KYB, payment initiation, FX and settlement
  • Lead delivery of customer-facing features, from the interface through to the services behind them
  • Own production health for your domain, including reliability, observability, on-call and incident response
  • Lead cross-functional delivery with product, design and compliance, from problem framing through to launch
  • Lead design reviews, set technical direction for your domain and mentor mid-level engineers
  • Use agentic coding tools daily across the development lifecycle and help modernise legacy services into the current stack

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
