Hiring: Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI-Focused)
Location: Sheffield
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite
Contract: 9 Months
Openings: 4
Experience: 10+ Years
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI-focused) with strong technical leadership and hands-on engineering experience.
Mandatory Skills:
- ReactJS & TypeScript – Strong senior-level front-end development experience
- Full Stack Engineering – Strong experience across front-end and back-end development
- API Design & Integration – Strong back-end engineering, API development, integration, performance, and security
- AI/ML Engineering – Experience building and integrating AI-driven features into products
- DevOps – Strong knowledge of CI/CD, automation, environment management, and observability
- Technical Leadership – Technical direction, mentoring, and code review leadership
- Engineering Best Practices – Testing, documentation, maintainability, and security

Highly Desirable:
- Python Development – Especially for AI/data workloads and services

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example through hands-on Full Stack Engineering
- Develop solutions using ReactJS, TypeScript, and back-end technologies
- Design and integrate secure, scalable APIs
- Build and integrate AI/ML-driven features
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and reliability
- Provide technical direction and mentor engineering teams
- Drive strong practices around testing, documentation, security, and maintainability
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams
