Job Description
Join Vinny as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and ship end-to-end AI features that automate manual property management processes. Remote, Europe
Why this role is remarkable
- Build autonomous agents using orchestration, memory, and evaluation loops rather than simple API wrappers in a production environment.
- Join a high-trust, deeply technical team backed by tier-one European VCs, operating in a massive, legacy industry ripe for AI disruption.
- Exercise true ownership over the product roadmap, shaping not just how features are built, but what is built for institutional property owners.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Will Do
- Ship full-stack features using React and Node.js, moving from initial scoping to production deployment and user feedback iteration.
- Develop and refine AI agents that perform multi-step workflows, tool calling, and orchestration to solve complex property operations problems.
- Raise engineering standards and set technical direction for the stack as the company scales into its 2026 growth phase.
The ideal candidate
- Strong production experience with JavaScript/TypeScript across the full stack, including React, Node.js, and modern infrastructure like Vercel and Inngest.
- Proven track record of building production AI features involving orchestration or complex multi-step workflows beyond basic LLM prompts.
- Thrives in autonomous, early-stage environments where they can communicate clearly and take ownership without needing detailed technical specifications.
