We're hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to build the engine behind it. Not a ticket-shop. You'd be shaping the product and the platform from the ground up.
The impact you'll have

On the product:
We just launched. There's no decade of legacy to inherit and no committee to wade through - but there are real users depending on it now. The decisions you make - the architecture, the trade-offs, the reliability bar -become the product as it scales. Few engineers ever get to leave a fingerprint this deep, this early.
On real people:
Every API you ship, every queue that doesn't drop data, every dashboard that holds up under load decides whether a candidate gets judged on their real capability or gets lost in the noise. Your code is the difference between a fair shot and a missed one - at scale.

You'll own features end-to-end - design, build, ship, measure and watch them land in front of real users in days, not quarters. You'll make sharp trade-offs and live with them, which is how engineers actually level up. And you'll do it alongside people with high standards who will push you and trust you with scope most companies wouldn't hand over for years.

What you'll own
- High-concurrency APIs and the reliability foundations behind them: retries, idempotency, queues. Event-driven systems that don't drop data.
- Product surfaces - dashboards, reporting, candidate and company experiences - that stay consistent under load.
- New features and services on an evolving platform, shipped fast and built to last.
- Cloud-ready architecture that scales cleanly from 10 to 10,000+ users.
This role is NOT for you if…
We're honest up front, because the bar is the product.
- You're a "vibe coder." Ship AI code you can't explain - the architecture, the trade-offs, the implementation - and this isn't your role. Full stop.
- You need a spec for everything. If you can't move without complete context, you'll stall in a place that moves fast on incomplete information.
- You're a one-trick specialist who won't grow. Deep in one area is what we want. Refusing to leave it isn't.
- You ship "fast" by cutting corners. Speed bought with skipped security, reliability, or tests is a liability, not a strength.
- You love process more than output. Standups about standups and decks instead of decisions - not here.
- You want to coast. This is a launch. It's owned end-to-end, and it's visible.
You'll thrive here if…
- You're genuinely excellent in at least one area of the stack, with the fundamentals to operate across the rest.
- You pick up unfamiliar tech fast - a new framework is a weekend, not a blocker.
- You think in systems: design patterns, OOP, complexity, and what breaks at 10,000 users.
- You want to own outcomes, not tasks.
- You use AI as a force multiplier, not a crutch - and you know exactly where that line sits.

The stack
- Backend: TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis
- Frontend: React Next.js) and/or Flutter - at least one is mandatory
- Infrastructure: AWS / GCP, Terraform
You won't be expert in all of it on day one. You will have the baseline to ramp on anything here quickly - that foundation is the non-negotiable that lets a strong specialist operate as a true full-stack engineer.

- Balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability without pretending the trade-offs don't exist.
- A reliability mindset: monitoring, logging, retries, QA, incident-aware design.
- Security by default - we handle sensitive hiring data, so GDPR-safe, secure-by-design is non-negotiable.
- AI in your daily workflow (Claude, Cursor, or similar), used securely and responsibly - improving speed and quality, never trading away security, scalability, maintainability, or craft.
