Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Front-End Focus

Location: London
Working pattern: Hybrid, with regular onsite collaboration

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong front-end focus to join an ambitious technology business and play a key role in developing and evolving its core product platform.

This is a hands-on senior engineering position for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, shaping architecture and delivering high-quality production software. You will work closely with engineering, product and design teams, while helping establish strong engineering practices and mentoring other developers. You will have good Python, Typescript & Vue3.

The Role

  • Set and promote strong standards for engineering quality, testing, and technical design.
  • Shape the technical direction of key areas, taking ownership from initial concept through delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with product and design to translate user needs into simple, dependable experiences.
  • Improve the scalability, performance, maintainability, and overall usability of the platform.
  • Make thoughtful, pragmatic decisions across architecture, APIs, data structures, and third-party integrations.
  • Deliver complete product capabilities across both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Encourage effective use of modern AI-assisted development approaches across the engineering team.
  • Support the growth of other engineers through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and contribution to wider technical strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
