The role

This role will be one of two hires for our newly formed Core Services Team. This team is responsible for continuous support on our existing client-facing and internal platforms, tackling existing product debt, building planned new functionalities and improving overall UX to enhance customer experience, and responding swiftly to client requests and new opportunities as they arise.

In particular, they will grow and maintain:

  • Plus, our client-facing swag platform where customers can view, manage inventory, manage shipments, and raise requests to move swag to their preferred location. Improvements to Plus include: granular role & permissions, better inventory management, end-to-end order tracking, ordering capabilities, stock forecasting, low inventory alerts, and more;
  • Glue, our internal platform that supports our Fulfilment team. Improvements to Glue are aimed at streamlining internal processes, especially those of our Ops team, in order to reduce overhead and make the team faster, more efficient, and less error-prone;
  • Claim Pages, our swag redemption technology used end recipients of branded gifts. Improvements to Claim Pages include: better and more granular customisation options, automation and streamlining of the creation process, improved customer experience, and more.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with:

  • Proven experience in a senior engineering role, ideally at a high-growth company or startup;
  • Demonstrable expertise in either back-end or full-stack positions;
  • Proven experience creating impeccable and pixel-perfect UI interfaces;
  • Familiarity with code-generation LLMs such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools;
  • A strong understanding of system architecture and scalable application design;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and pragmatically;
  • Excellent communication skills, you must be able to explain technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Ability to work independently, with a bias for action and outcomes.

Ideally, we want to onboard engineers who are excited about the seismic changes happening in software development, who don’t see AI tools as a replacement for good engineering practices, but as an opportunity to amplify creativity, productivity, and innovation. Our ideal candidate is eager to explore how humans and LLMs can collaborate to build better products, faster.
