The role: Senior Full Stack Developer (Java / TypeScript)
Contract: Permanent / Full-time
Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 basic (DOE) + 10% bonus + 10% shares + benefits
Location: London: hybrid (1 to 2 days per month in office)
Hands-on full stack engineering on a major modernisation and AI-enabled transformation programme; greenfield architecture within a complex brownfield environment. If that's the kind of challenge you're looking for, read on.
About you:
- 6 to 8+ years of full stack development experience - please note that this is a senior role and the experience requirement is non-negotiable
- Strong Java / Spring Boot: backend core
- Strong TypeScript: modern frontend
- Solid, practical understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD) and microservices architecture
- Full stack capability across UI, API, and data layers
- Cloud-native: ideally AWS
- Docker / Kubernetes / GitLab / MongoDB / Maven
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and guiding technical decisions
- Interest or experience in AI-assisted development practices: actively encouraged here
