About The Role
You’ll work closely with the CTO and Head of Engineering to help build and scale our core platform.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building reliable, enterprise-grade software and AI-powered workflows for governance and compliance operations. You’ll be involved in product architecture, feature development, system design, and improving the overall scalability and reliability of the platform.
We’re looking for someone comfortable operating in an early-stage environment with high ownership, fast iteration cycles, and direct involvement in technical decision-making.
The ideal candidate has experience building enterprise or workflow-heavy applications, understands modern AI product development, and enjoys solving complex operational problems through clean, scalable engineering.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade SaaS features across the platform
- Develop AI-powered workflows and document automation systems
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and Head of Engineering on architecture and technical delivery
- Design scalable APIs, backend services, and database models
- Contribute to AWS infrastructure, deployment workflows, and overall platform reliability
- Build reliable, high-quality frontend experiences using React and Next.js
- Improve platform performance, observability, and maintainability
- Contribute to technical decision-making and engineering best practices
- Help shape the overall product and engineering direction as the platform scales

About You
- 7–8+ years of full stack engineering experience
- Strong experience building enterprise or internal business applications
- Experience building AI-powered applications or workflows in production
- Strong knowledge of React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern backend development
- Experience working with AWS infrastructure and cloud-based deployment environments
- Strong understanding of scalable system design, APIs, and database architecture
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with technical leadership
- Product-minded engineer with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and execution quality
