About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a well-established technology business serving clients across the creative, media and digital sectors. You’ll play a key role in designing, building and evolving scalable platforms while helping to shape technical direction across multiple projects. This is an opportunity to create, own and deliver impactful solutions while working with a highly experienced remote-first team.

2 days per month in their Central London office.

What You’ll Need to Apply

  • Commercial experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js and Node.js.
  • A background working in multi-client/multi-project and fast-paced environments.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools and reviewing AI-generated code.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design.
  • Experience designing and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications within AWS environments.
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerised application deployment.
  • Experience building scalable, secure and maintainable web applications.
  • Ability to contribute to technical architecture and engineering decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to headless CMS platforms, NestJS, WordPress, PHP, Shopify, Terraform or GCP would be advantageous.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll lead the design and development of modern web applications across both front-end and back-end environments. You'll take ownership of features throughout the full development lifecycle, from planning and architecture through to deployment and ongoing improvements.

You'll work extensively with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL while contributing to cloud-based solutions hosted on AWS. You'll use AI-assisted development tools as part of your day-to-day workflow, applying careful review and testing practices to ensure production-quality outcomes.

You will also contribute to technical decision-making, support engineering best practice, improve CI/CD processes, optimise application performance, and help create a collaborative environment through mentoring and knowledge sharing. You'll work closely with project delivery teams to ensure technical outcomes align with commercial and project goals.
