Senior Full Stack Engineer / Developer (TypeScript React API Rust) London onsite to £120k
Opportunity for a Senior / Founding Full Stack Engineer to join a fast growing sports technology business as it establishes its new UK operation.
The company sits at the intersection of sports, data, digital insights and betting, working across major US sports including the NFL, NBA, baseball and hockey, with further expansion into college football underway.
As one of the first engineers in the UK, you'll have genuine founding engineer ownership - shaping architecture, making technology decisions and building products from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a start-up environment and is comfortable owning the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through to testing, deployment and production.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
