About the Company

Firemind has built an AI operating engine that runs enterprise IT estates autonomously that is live in production for many customers today, resolving around 90% of incidents without human touch; removing the need for a traditional MSP. We are an AWS Premier Tier partner, an Anthropic Authorised Reseller, and an NVIDIA embedded partner, and our AI Transformation portfolio (including Claude Enablement, Sandbox, Control Plane, Build Sprint, and AI FinOps, for example) helps enterprises adopt AI safely, inside their own technology estate. Our work is trusted by organisations including Vodafone, KONE, Center Parcs, and Premier League.

About the Role

We are building our AI/ML platform, and we are looking for a senior full stack engineer who wants to own product outcomes. You will work on the product, shaping how features are built, making pragmatic technical calls, and turning ambiguous problems into things operators actually use. This is a hands-on senior role: you will write production code across the stack, but you will also help shape what we build and why. This role is offered in the UK or Finland, with flexible hybrid and remote working. We are also open to engaging candidates in Poland on a B2B contract basis.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
