Key Responsibilities
- Develop modern user-facing applications using React and TypeScript, with a strong focus on usability, performance, and real-time data visualisation.
- Build backend services, APIs, and data-driven applications using Python and modern software engineering practices.
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful technical solutions.
- Drive improvements to application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with engineers across frontend, backend, and platform teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

Key Requirements
- Strong commercial experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
- Expertise in React and TypeScript for building complex web applications.
- Strong backend development experience using Python or C++.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Experience working with SQL databases and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working closely with business stakeholders.

Preferred Experience
- Experience within financial services, trading technology, capital markets, or investment management.
- Exposure to real-time applications, analytics platforms, or data-intensive systems.
- Experience building tools used by trading, risk, portfolio management, or investment teams.
- Knowledge of market data, trading workflows, pricing, or risk management systems.
