Senior Full Stack Engineer | TypeScript | Prop-Tech (Agentic AI) | UK Remote | £110K + Equity

Want to build products that people actually use and have a real say in how they’re built?

I'm looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a small, ambitious technology team building the next generation of AI-powered software.

This is an opportunity for an engineer who enjoys taking ideas from concept → code → production, thrives without a huge amount of process and wants to work on AI applications that solve genuine business problems.

You won’t simply be implementing someone else’s specification. You’ll have a meaningful voice in the product, architecture and technical direction.

What you’ll be doing...

  • Design, build and launch full-stack product features.
  • Work across frontend and backend systems.
  • Integrate modern AI capabilities into customer-facing products.
  • Build reliable workflows around LLMs, agents and automation.
  • Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to production.
  • Make pragmatic architectural and technical decisions.
  • Work closely with product and business stakeholders to turn problems into simple solutions.
  • Learn from customers and continuously improve what you build.
  • Help establish strong engineering practices as the team grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
