Senior Full-Stack Engineer x 5

Location

London – Hybrid, 1 day per week in the office

Salary

Up to £130,000 + equity


Neulinx have partnered with a fast-growing AI startup that is expanding its engineering team and hiring multiple Senior Full-Stack Engineers.

The business has already achieved strong traction, with more than 30,000 users, £1.8m+ ARR, major enterprise customers and backing from leading UK investors.

This is a hands-on product engineering role with broad ownership across the stack. You’ll be building new product features, contributing to technical direction and helping scale a platform that is already being used by large organisations.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and deliver end-to-end product features across frontend and backend
  • Work closely with the CTO, engineering, product and design teams
  • Contribute to technical decisions across architecture, APIs, data modelling and integrations
  • Improve platform performance, reliability and maintainability
  • Help shape engineering standards and best practices as the team grows
  • Take ownership of key product areas from design through to production

Key skills and experience

  • Strong experience building production web applications across frontend and backend
  • Experience with a modern frontend framework such as Vue, React or Angular
  • Strong backend development experience, ideally with Python
  • Experience building APIs and data-driven product features
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases such as Postgres
  • Good TypeScript experience
  • Comfortable making technical decisions and working with a high level of autonomy
  • Strong product mindset with a focus on usability, quality and maintainability
  • Experience working closely with product and design teams
  • Experience in a startup, scale-up or high-ownership engineering environment
  • Comfortable using AI tools and AI-native engineering workflows

Technology stack

Vue 3, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, Postgres, Azure, Terraform, GitHub Actions and OpenTelemetry.

Experience with the exact stack is not essential, provided you have strong full-stack fundamentals and can work confidently across modern web applications.
