Role: Senior Full Stack Product Engineer
Reporting to the Director of Engineering | London (Shoreditch) | Full-time

A BIT ABOUT THISTHAT

ThisThat is an influence intelligence company helping brands grow and govern influence. The $4T marketing industry is shifting from the personalisation era, obsessed with advertising effectiveness, to the community era, where influence is the currency. No governing system of influence exists yet.

ThisThat is building it, making influence measurable, predictable, governable, and investable. Built on the world's largest brand lift dataset in influencer marketing, our continuous, compounding intelligence predicts, optimises, and measures influence at every stage, from strategy and planning through execution and reporting, connecting campaign performance to boardroom decisions.

Trusted by 50+ leading agencies and 250+ global brands, including Meta, Unilever, Amazon, MrBeast, WPP, and Publicis. VC-backed with investment from four unicorn founders. Winners of Best Technology and Best Data-Driven Campaign at the Global Influencer Marketing Awards.

Lift Your Influence.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a senior full-stack product engineer to own and drive significant domains in a dynamic and growing product platform. You will need to be proactive, curious, and pragmatic, keen to learn and apply your existing knowledge. You should demonstrate high autonomy and accountability, with an ability to drive practical innovation and adapt to business needs. We are looking for people who are excited about the potential of influencer marketing and how technology can be used to drive increased growth and outcomes from campaigns. Experience in marketing/MarTech/AdTech and panels will set you apart in this role.

You will build across four key products:

  • Our (mainly internal) platform, where our insight team and select partners design surveys and analyse results
  • Our SaaS platform (2D), built for scale as a pure-tech product
  • Our survey interface, where people respond to surveys
  • Our client platform, where clients interact with our AI Agent “Thia”, track project spend and status, and plan strategies grounded in industry-leading data

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
