About Iventis
Iventis develops innovative planning and visualisation software used by some of the world’s largest and most complex events.
Our platform combines interactive mapping, data and collaboration tools to help organisations plan venues, infrastructure and event operations. Our technology has supported major global events and organisations including Formula 1, mass participation events, international football tournaments, Rugby World Cups and the Commonwealth Games.
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to work alongside our technical leads to improve, maintain and extend the Iventis platform, as well as shape our future architecture.
The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Back-end focus), you will work across our web applications and backend services using technologies including C#,.NET, React and TypeScript.
Your primary focus will be designing, improving and maintaining the backend platform that underpins the Iventis product. You'll help evolve our cloud infrastructure, backend services and architecture while also contributing to new product features across the application.
While this is a full stack role, we're particularly interested in engineers who enjoy backend development, cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.
As our platform and customer base continue to grow, we're strengthening our engineering team to increase our backend and platform capability. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our technical leads, gradually take ownership of significant parts of the platform and help shape the architecture of future products used to plan and deliver some of the world's largest events.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
