Dex
Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.
The role
Most companies talk about AI. This one uses it to solve a core business problem: predicting customer churn months in advance and automating revenue retention. They're a Series A company, backed by leading investors, and are scaling their platform from dozens to hundreds of enterprise customers.
You'll join a lean, six-person engineering team, working across a modern fullstack. This isn't a role for someone who wants to just ship features; you'll own significant pieces of the data platform, from scalability and reliability to embedding AI directly into both the product and engineering workflows. Expect deep technical problems, not just application-layer tasks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
