Job Overview
Medius is seeking a Senior Functional Advisor with a focus on Europe engagements to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the Functional and Technical Adoption team within the Customer Success organization. You will partner with some of our most strategic, high-profile customers around the globe, helping them maximize the value of their Medius investment. As a trusted advisor, you will guide customers through their automation journey—driving adoption, optimizing workflows, and improving efficiency across processes powered by the Medius product suite.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely with our live customers to help them in their efforts to achieve improved processes and increased efficiency.
- Analyze customer data to provide suggestions on improvements to increase a more automated workflow.
- Guide customers on best practice processes and configuration.
- Inform customers about new features and how they can impact their business.
- Support clients during test phases and go live of new features.
- Interface with peers within the global Professional Services and Customer Success teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in consulting, advisory services, business applications, finance systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with cloud-based and SaaS IT systems.
- Experience within Spend Management, Source-to-Pay (S2P), or Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes and solutions.
- Strong structured work approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks while maintaining a high level of quality, accuracy, and control.
- Previous experience working as a consultant or advisor within accounting, finance transformation, or business systems environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with one or more ERP platforms, including Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV, Business Central, or Infor M3.
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools.
- Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Experience leading workshops, advising customers, or managing complex implementation projects.
