About the Role:
We’re seeking motivated and proactive professionals (8 – 10 years of experience) in Consulting focused on Financial Services. Ideal candidates will have a solid background as a Business Analyst/Product owner, understanding of banking products & processes, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
Experience in Agentic AI is a plus, but not a must-have.
What’s essential is an eagerness to learn, a techno-functional mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively to deliver impactful, scalable outcomes.

This role blends business analysis, solution design, and client consulting to help leading banks translate business needs into actionable AI capabilities and AI potential into measurable business value. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into AI-enabled capabilities and AI potential into measurable business value driving transformation across retail lending, deposits, onboarding, customer service, business banking, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply first-principles thinking to deconstruct complex business challenges in Retail and Commercial Banking and design scalable, innovative solutions.
- Bring deep industry understanding of banking products, processes, and customer journeys to every engagement.
- Lead and facilitate client discussions and workshops to uncover pain points, align stakeholders, and co-create future-state journeys.
- Demonstrate creative and structured problem-solving to conceptualize innovative solutions across multiple workstreams.
- Manage and deliver multiple parallel deliverables — from business requirement documents and user stories to client presentations and prototypes.
- Serve as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring clarity, alignment, and impact across teams.
- Write high-quality business specifications and translate ideas into actionable steps for development and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with AI, product, and engineering teams to design and orchestrate contextual, responsive, and scalable solutions.
- Communicate confidently and proactively with clients and senior leadership, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the engagement.
- Cultivate a mindset of continuous learning, staying ahead of emerging tools, frameworks, and trends in AI-driven transformation.
- Own outcomes and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all client engagements.

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in Consulting, with exposure to Retail and/or Commercial Banking domains.
- Strong grasp of banking products and operations, with ability to connect industry challenges to innovative solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and storytelling abilities.
- Adaptable and comfortable with fast-paced, multi-threaded environments.
- Experience in client facing roles.
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with clients through email, phone, and face-to-face communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced challenging client focused environment where priorities and scope may change quickly.
- Knowledge and experience with one or more of the following areas: Banking regulations and compliance; Operational improvement and effectiveness; Technology strategy, governance and effectiveness; Business architecture and operating models; Business process improvement and robotics; Change management.
- The ability to travel up to 100% if needed for the client engagement.
- Mandatory - Right to Work in the UK (e.g. UK Passport, EU Settled Status, Indefinite Leave to Remain, Visa).
