Senior Functional Consultant | ServiceNow (Ref: 197763)
Location: London / Hybrid

We're supporting a growing ServiceNow transformation consultancy that is looking to add a number of Senior Functional Consultants to its UK practice.
This is a client-facing role focused on helping organisations improve service delivery, employee experience, and operational efficiency through ServiceNow-enabled transformation.
We're looking for consultants who enjoy working with business stakeholders, leading workshops, understanding challenges, and translating requirements into practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Gather and document business requirements
- Analyse and map current and future-state processes
- Create user stories and functional specifications
- Support ServiceNow solution design and delivery
- Work closely with architects, developers, and project teams
- Facilitate UAT and support adoption activities
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives

Experience Required
- Experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Process Consultant, or ServiceNow Consultant
- ServiceNow experience across HRSD, CSM, ITSM, or Employee Services
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Requirements gathering and process mapping experience
- User story creation and backlog management
- UAT planning and execution
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
Desirable
- Shared Services experience
- HR Operations or Employee Services exposure
- ServiceNow CSA or CIS Certifications
- ITIL Certification
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
