Migdal Ohr UK is a registered charity (No. 290371) dedicated to supporting Migdal Ohr’s work with 10,000 at-risk children across Israel. The organization focuses on providing vulnerable children with education, care, and opportunities to build a safer and more hopeful future. Migdal Ohr UK engages supporters, donors, and partners to ensure sustained resources for these life-changing programs. Individuals joining the organization contribute directly to strengthening and expanding essential services for children in need.

Role Description

The Senior Fundraising Consultant France volunteer role is a remote position focused on developing and growing philanthropy and fundraising initiatives within the French-speaking community. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and cultivating prospective donors, conducting prospect research, and designing strategies for planned giving and annual giving campaigns. The consultant will build and manage relationships with individual donors, foundations, and community partners, while coordinating fundraising activities, events, and outreach tailored to the French market. This role also involves preparing fundraising materials, tracking progress against goals, and collaborating with Migdal Ohr UK’s team to align efforts with the charity’s mission and priorities.

  • Candidates should possess strong fundraising and philanthropy skills, including experience in Fundraising and Philanthropy.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in donor program development, including Planned Giving and Annual Giving.
  • Candidates should possess solid analytical and research skills, including Prospect Research.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage French-speaking donors and stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess experience in developing fundraising strategies, setting targets, and monitoring outcomes.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrate cultural awareness, and show commitment to the mission of supporting at-risk children.
  • Previous experience in nonprofit fundraising, consulting, or development, and fluency in French and English, would be beneficial.
